Industrial Water Projects
ZLD Project Execution & System Integration Support
Coordinated mechanical execution across effluent treatment, membrane recovery and thermal concentration.
Scope-led delivery
Practical execution. Clearly defined responsibility.
We help bring the mechanical elements of an approved ZLD scheme together: equipment installation, interconnecting piping, structures, package interfaces and commissioning support.
The plant context
The industrial challenge
Individual treatment packages must operate as a connected plant. Feed, reject, condensate, utilities and solids-handling interfaces all need a defined execution scope.
How it fits into the plant
A typical scheme may combine ETP, UF / RO, MEE or MVR, and a drying or crystallisation stage. The actual sequence, recovered-water quality and residuals-handling method depend on the wastewater and process design.
Our execution scope
- Equipment erection and installation
- Package-to-package piping
- Utility and condensate networks
- Access platforms and supports
- Existing-system integration
- Mechanical completion and commissioning support
The final scope, specifications and responsibilities are agreed for each project.
Typical equipment & activities
- ETP and membrane packages
- Evaporation equipment
- ATFD or crystallisation interfaces
- Transfer and recovered-water systems
Execution approach
- 01
Review the site, approved drawings and package interfaces.
- 02
Agree the BOQ, execution sequence, access and inspection hold points.
- 03
Coordinate fabrication, installation and testing with the plant team.
- 04
Close the punch list and submit the agreed handover records.
Where this capability fits
- Industrial water-recovery projects
- Treatment-plant expansion
- Approved ZLD-system upgrades
Quality & HSE considerations
Inspection and site controls are coordinated with the approved work scope, plant requirements and equipment supplier instructions.
- Material and equipment identification against the approved scope
- Applicable inspection and test records
- Site permit, isolation and access coordination
- Documented checks and punch-list closure
Common questions
What information is needed to define the scope?
Please share the plant location, current arrangement, required work, available drawings and target schedule. A site review establishes interfaces, access and the responsibilities of each party.
Can this work be integrated with a planned shutdown?
The execution sequence can be coordinated with an agreed shutdown window. Material readiness, approved drawings, isolation arrangements and inspection requirements need to be resolved before mobilisation.
A connected treatment train
Follow the industrial water cycle.
An illustrative flow. The final treatment train depends on the feed, reuse requirements and approved process design.
MEE / MVR
Evaporation recovers condensate and reduces the volume of high-TDS liquid. DAHARI supports erection, piping, structures, retrofit execution and maintenance.
Illustrative process sequence. The actual treatment train is defined by effluent characteristics, process engineering and project requirements.
